EVENT SUMMARY

Join CRDF Global online on October 24, 2025, for a cybersecurity practice exercise by SANS Institute that runs alongside the in-person cyber crisis simulation in Pristina, Kosovo during the DOKU.TECH Event.

  • Develop real-world skills in an immersive environment.
  • Improve your proficiency in network security, cryptography, incident response, forensics, and more.
  • Top performers gain access to SANS Institute training & summits.
  • Join a global alumni network, build regional ties, and access ongoing learning.
  • The Game Portal can be easily translated by the in-browser translator.
  • Flexible completion: the exercise will formally end at 6 PM, but the platform will remain open for 60 hours for participants to explore and learn.
  • Debrief with the whole group on Monday, October 27.

  • University students with interest and experience in the field
  • You do not have to be an expert to apply! The flexible completion time allows for learning at your own speed.

Open to participants from Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This exercise will utilize the BootUp problem solving cyber range developed by SANS Institute. It is a gamified CTF competition used across the globe for cybersecurity training: since 2022, SANS BootUp CTF has been deployed at 15 programs or events in North America, and 48 across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. It is suitable for beginner and intermediate participants.
