Understanding how those attacks occur, how to protect against them, and how to know when an attack is ongoing are vital to the success of your operation. Join us to learn these critical skills at absolutely no cost. Cyber threat groups actively target virtual asset entities, including cryptocurrency exchanges, online gaming platforms, online casinos, and financial institutions. Learn to defend your cryptocurrency assets. This seminar will provide cyber threat intelligence about recent attack campaigns, best practices for protecting your networks, and tools to detect and respond to attacks on your cyber environment.
This workshop will take place in Manila, Philippines, for up to 30 participants from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Approved participants will pay nothing to attend, and travel allowances are provided for those outside of Manila. The seminar will discuss strategic and tactical considerations for protecting your organization from state-sponsored attackers intent on
stealing your financial assets.
Participants will:
- Overview the risks posed by DPRK and relevant state-sponsored cyber attacks on financial institutions that handle virtual assets.
- Understand current tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of cyber attacks posing threat on financial institutions that handle virtual assets.
- Learn incident response best practices, active cyber defense measures, and the use of open-source intelligence tools for cyber defense purposes.

Eligibility
- Managerial and technical cybersecurity personnel from virtual asset entities (any entity that transacts in virtual assets, including crypto exchanges and related entities, online gaming, and online gambling companies) and financial institutions in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
