Securing Intellectual Property in Türkiye's Tech Frontier

Join us for a two-day, in-person workshop hosted by CRDF Global

May 13-14, 2024 | Workshop

Registration Deadline: April 8, 2024

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

CRDF Global will host an in-person, two-day workshop in Istanbul, Türkiye, on May 13-14, 2024. This workshop will empower the Turkish private sector to protect their emerging technology through establishing a thorough intellectual property (IP) management framework.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

Your emerging technology IP is both incredibly valuable and sensitive. While you intend for your IP to create global benefits, bad actors can leverage a variety of tactics to steal your IP for commercial advantage or even to support military end uses. Through presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises, this workshop will raise awareness of the dual-use applications of emerging technologies and identify how to implement best practices on IP security, cyber hygiene, and due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring you have a holistic IP management framework.

At the end of this workshop, attendees will have the knowledge and tools needed to better protect their IP from misuse. We warmly invite you to register to be part of this engagement.

Workshop focus areas will include:

  • Malign actor IP theft tactics and techniques
  • The reputational, economic, and security risks of illicit IP transfer
